FAQ

Direct answers for AI, People, Security, and Operations leaders.

Concise product answers without hiding validation or deployment limits.

01Does NeuroBusiness replace Copilot or ChatGPT?

No. It provides human and task context to the AI stack a company selects.

02Does AI receive raw assessment answers?

Not by default. Controlled interfaces provide task-relevant adaptation parameters.

03Do you train an LLM on employee data?

The product does not claim to train a foundation model on employee data. Provider terms must be verified per deployment.

04Can managers see employee responses?

Managers receive permitted summaries and actions—not automatic raw answers or private free text.

05Does NeuroBusiness record emails or meetings?

No such collection is part of the current product. Any future connector would require explicit scope and review.

06Is NeuroBusiness psychometrically validated?

NBIF-HW and NBIF-WR are candidate instruments in cognitive-pilot and validation work. No norming or predictive claim is made.

07Is this a burnout diagnostic?

No. Work Sustainability contains work-design signals, not a clinical diagnosis or burnout prediction.

08Can this be used for hiring?

No. It is not approved for personnel selection, suitability, hiring, promotion, or termination decisions.

09How does NeuroBusiness learn?

It retains separate evidence from baseline, preferences, calibration, corrections, observed work, and outcomes.

10How do you measure whether it works?

Pilots compare evidence and follow-up descriptively. This does not establish causality.

11Where are data hosted?

Hosting, region, subprocessors, and residency commitments are deployment-specific.

12Is the product production ready?

The demo is ready. Controlled pilot and production remain pending security, privacy, legal, operational, and release gates.
